What is the difference between all the lights/white00* textures?

If you look in the lights.rad file, you will see that they each have different RGB and Brightness settings:

Im assuming that 1 8 and 9 are hdr?

I believe so, however white002 is what's used in the spotlight metally hole things. For lack of a better mapping term.

All of them are rendered with HDR no matter what, those have ambient Values.
