Hi!
I've just put in place an application of the Cube Floater present in Logic Portals.
I coupled it with a button linked to another new gameplay element, the electrified water. It's a kind of replacement of the goo you see in Portal, but the major difference is that it can be set to dangerous or not.
Bring a cube on the button located over the water you can access by flinging. The electrified water is quite harmless for testing reasons.
It also showcase an enhanced Flashchamber that can transfer physics objects, and can be called an imitation of the func_liquidportal.

Please tell me what you think about it. The water was modified by myself to make it cheaper in resources so it does not reflect anything, FPS go down to 15 when reflections are on. _________________

| O_o... freaking awesome for the flash chamber... the electric water is awesome but as u said needs to be worked on D: is their anything else to the room beside those 2? i think theirs something else but was to lazy to look |

Very awesome ideas there... but the teleporter room needs more work.

How did you get your point_tesla to work?
Mine exists for only a moment.
Oh, and is it possible to make the lightning move only horizontally? _________________ Not thinking without portals at the very least... |

That is awesome, took me a while to see the button. Putting more than one box on it is fun.
Ine time I tried to teleport two cubes at once and it ignored one of them. then i sent it through and it interceted with the other cube. You should add a new, distinctive texture for the area that is the teleport start and teleport finish, and maybe even add a particle effect of some sort.
The water doesn't look too good, It's almost as though they wrote water effects out of portal completely.
It's scarey how well he dev textures blend in when they have lighting on them... _________________ Fancy making a payload map?

The water texture have been quite modified to add some fog, and make it a bit cheaper in resources.
I tried to make an electric device for water that is not deep, in order to make an electric floor. Using the ball catcher here would be stupid because of the size, so I tried a different design. But it's odd, it looks more like an underwater projecotor. And I forgot the tesla arcs. I can't use the sphere model, il would look like a floater, it needs a different design we can recognize.
The teleport is a test concept just showing that we can teleport objets the same way we can teleport you in the flash chamber. It will take more time to make it two-way so that the overlapping cubes won't happen. _________________
