You guys really need [shot] tags in your forum, it resizes the picture and makes it clickable for 100% view.

Stickied. Also, find me a link to a phpbb2 hack that does this and I'll think about it.

EDIT Nevermind, found one. Ask and ye shall receive.

:D Thanks for sticky, shot tags would be helpful just because then people with lower res dont have a massive picture in their screen, also means I dont have to change all my links :D

Images larger than 600px wide will be auto-resized, no need for a special tag.

I can get 100 score in 45 minutes. 100 is easy to get. Takes about 2 hours to get 300.

A screenshot from City of Heroes. Old old shot, but times like this made me realize why CoH was better than WoW.

For some reason all my TF2 screenshots are in .tga format which Photobucket doesn't like. Does anybody know a good image converter?

About the TGA thing.

I used Advanced Batch Converter, although its a demo only meaning you can only convert 6 images per "batch". I'll try to find a better one though.

I was a huge fan of THE cooperative mod for Half Life 1 engine, Sven Co-Op. Here are some of my favourite screenies.

$600 to convert a picture is a bit exagerated, I think.

Yay, Paint.NET is free too, but aat least, you can use it without reading a bunch of tutorials.

No, seriously, it's not that hard. Here's your sooper-complex tutorial.

1. Open the image. Do a right click and an Open With, or just fire up the GIMP and File -> Open.
2. File -> Save As.
3. Type in the filename you want. It will automatically detect the format by what you type in. Typing "Foo.gif" will give you a .gif, "Foor.jpg" will give you a jpg.

Yes, I'm a fan of the GIMP, but it also mystifies me how people got this idea that it has a huge learning curve for simple operations. I mean, it has dedicated crop and rotate tools.

And by the way, the "ScreenshotJPEG" command in console will, well, take a JPEG screenshot. Just bind it to something with a "bind F5 screenshotjpeg" and you're done.

I've always used Irfanview. Similar to gimp and just as free. Also replaces Windows' Picture and Fax viewer (Which is a peice of crap) and with plugins, can play movies (Divx xvid/etc) and all that fun jazz.
