Release of Ring Portals

I did these on request from Reepblue and maybe a few other people may appreciate the effort. Very Happy

It's really not that hard, all you have to do is just move em out of the particles folder and move em back in. Sigh

Ok...I have downloaded.

Too smooth for me, but they are really good, and if I can't find a really good portal skin, I might use these...

These are old! There are modified cause Portalfan's old spiral portals had lines but it did not move. Great for screens, fail in game. I asked him to recreate his old ones, just make it more presentable.
